Issues logging in: clear your cache

We are regularly releasing updates to PaySauce. On occasion, if you try to log in after an update you might not be able to load PaySauce immediately because your browser is storing an old version and trying to unsuccessfully retrieve it.

Clearing your browser cache will resolve this issue.

Exact instructions for clearing your cache depend on which type of browser you are using, and these instructions are generally easy to find online. We've included some links here for common browsers.

Not optimised for mobile

If you're using logging into PaySauce on the web and the page says 'our site isn't optimised for mobile', it may just be that your zoom settings are too high to load the page properly.

Adjust your zoom settings by holding 'ctrl' (for Windows) or 'command' (for Mac users) on your keyboard and tapping the minus key at the same time.

You will also see this message if you are trying to log into the web version of PaySauce on your mobile or iPad. In these instances, we recommend you use the PaySauce app.
