Having trouble getting the PaySauce app to work?

A commonly reported issue is an error message that says "waiting for server" which is usually related to specific battery optimisation settings on phones.

Employees can only log in to PaySauce using the app. Employees won't be able to log in to PaySauce on the web/computer.

There's only one version of the PaySauce app for both employees and employers. Everyone uses the same app, you just need to sign in with your provided login details.

You'll only be able to download the PaySauce app if your App Store/Play Store settings are set to a country in the Asia-Pacific region.

If you're an employee waiting for your login details, you'll need to contact your employer.

However, if the invite has already been sent, the employer needs to check that the employee details are correct (i.e. the email address in the employee settings is correct).

You can reset your own password by following the on screen 'forgot password?' options. If you've attempted to log in too many times, your account may be locked. Contact your employer for your access to be re-enabled.

Please direct all questions about your pay, pay calculations or pay settings to your employer. PaySauce is a software provider and does not directly manage payroll for employers and are not able to field queries from employees about their pay information.

If you're supposed to be able to see and record timesheets but aren't able to, you'll need to let your employer know. Something may need to be updated in your settings or perhaps it relates specifically to the pay's set up. Employers who need support resolving the issue can contact our Support Team.
