It happens to everyone! Forgotten passwords are a part of life. Here's how you can get back into PaySauce.
On the web (on your computer)
Go to the login screen and click 'Forgot password'.
Enter your email address and click 'Reset Password' or 'Send'.
Go into your email and open the message 'Password reset' from [email protected].
Click on 'Reset my password'.
Enter your new password (with a minimum of least 12 characters, at least 1 capital and lowercase letter, and at least 1 number) and click 'Set password'.
Once you have set your new password, you’ll be redirected back to the login page.
Enter your email and new password to log in.
On your mobile
Open the PaySauce app on your smartphone and click 'Forgot your password'.
Enter your email address and choose 'Send Reset Link'.
Go into your email and open the message 'Password reset' sent from [email protected].
Click on 'Reset my password'.
A 'New password' page will open in your mobile web browser. Enter your new password (with a minimum of least 12 characters, at least 1 capital and lowercase letter, and at least 1 number)
Click 'Set password'.
Once you have set your new password, close the browser, return to the PaySauce mobile app, and log in with your new password.
If you haven't received the password reset email, please check your junk or spam folders. If you've done this and still can't locate the email, please contact PaySauce Support.
