If you're starting a new business or your business structure has changed, you'll need to set up a new PaySauce account.

When you need a new account

You'll need to register a new PaySauce account if you're:

  • Starting a brand new business or have purchased one

  • Changing between sole trader, partnership or company - a change in entity type means there will be a different IRD number

  • Setting up a new company or trust that will employ staff separately from your existing entity

Each legal entity has its own IRD number and employer obligations, so they need to be managed as separate accounts in PaySauce.

How to register

Head to our website and complete the sign-up form to start the registration process. This applies whether you're completely new to PaySauce or an existing customer setting up an additional entity.

During sign-up, you'll need your new entity's IRD number and business details. If you're still waiting on your IRD number, you can begin the process and add it once it's confirmed.
