Improvements
Pay History report changes.
The previous version could not differentiate zero rated hours, this meant salaried employees who record their actual hours worked on a timesheet had their total hours doubled up. A few headers have been updated to make it easier to understand what hours have been worked and the associated payments.
Hours +/Hours Columns have been removed and replaced with Timesheet Hours where any hours entered in a timesheet will be reported. Ordinary Hours will show hours set as standard. Then with hours leave and hours Public Holiday, an employer can see where all hours for a period were recorded and the relative payment.
Example showing the old vs new report.
Added job title field to Employee details.
Created a new Customer Billing report for Bureaus users.
This report provides bureau users more usage detail about companies they manage.
Create employee Export.
Users can now download a create_employee.csv file from their company to allow for easier migration into a new PaySauce company.
Bug Smash
Closing the leave modal after saving instead of pressing OK.
Previously, if leave had been created on the paycard leave modal but the user closed the modal (because the ‘OK’ button was at the bottom of the modal window and off screen) instead of saving then the leave transaction would save but not show on any calculations.
The modal has been updated to only show 2 action buttons - ‘Cancel’ or 'Save' in the top right of the modal window.
If Cancel is selected, any leave created will be lost.
If Save selected, any leave created will be saved.
Employees with no work pattern - Enter Leave not using Average Hours.
Hours were not being populated for leave creation. Now, standard hours employees who:

Paycard top up custom wage does not display value.
This bug did not display the custom minimum wage, although the custom value was being used in calculations. It will now show.
