Chat with support! We’ve added a new way for users to reach our support team, from directly within the payroll web app. Chat is available within our normal business hours, and if all our chatters are busy customers can leave a message. After chatting, users can download a transcript of the chat to keep for reference.
New PayCard Topup calculates holidays with minimum rates
New PayCard Topups are here and take into account all payments on the paycard to calculate a topup for different minimum rates. Find out how to set these up here.
Improvements
Error and Warning messages
Each type of message now displays a heading saying what type of message it is and what is required to be done.
Bug Smash
An incorrect error message was being shown when Public Holiday Worked leave was applied in advance of timesheet hours being entered.
Resolved a concurrency issue causing timesheet data to get into a corrupt state.
