Debt Balances could only be reviewed in historic payruns. This data can now be downloaded as a pdf and CSV Debt Balances Report. From History, select a period then Balances. From there select the report download icon.

We introduced the self-service branding feature a little while ago which allowed Premium users to add their company branding to payslips. We have now extended this to certain reports - disbursements, pay summary, payment detail reports and invoices.

Annual Leave cash ups can now be applied via the global leave menu. From the leave area, a new option in the view drop for Cash up Requests will appear, from there you can process and apply the cash up.

Contract Builder - users can now hide signed contracts from their list

Resolved an issue where emailed reports requested from Platform users were not able to be downloaded.

There is the odd occasion where an employee submits their timesheet at the same time the employer is processing it. The employer will now see a message ‘Employee has updated the timesheet hours, you must select the Timesheet and resave to continue’. This will ensure no under payments are made.

Resolved an issue when running the termination liability report. If the employee’s anniversary data has been removed the report will be empty and have a unusual error message.

A timeout caused a payment to process twice, we have increased the timeout length to cater for the slower processing times.

We have disabled the allowance import tool from Contract Builder as it was difficult to accurately translate the leave and payment settings.
