What is a disbursement?
Employees sometimes want to split the pay they receive into different bank accounts rather than have all go to one main account.
Their main account is shown under Employees > Details > Employment. By default all of their net pay goes into it.
In PaySauce, you can set up a 'disbursement' which is a specified amount split to a different bank account. This should not be used for deductions - only for when the employee wants their net pay split between different accounts that they have.
When a disbursement account is set up a fixed amount will go into another account and the balance into the main account. If an employee wants to send a percentage amount to another account or is repaying a debt amount a deduction rather than a disbursement will be needed.
