If you're an employee being paid via PaySauce, managing your own donations is super easy via our payroll giving feature.
You no longer need to ask your employer every time you want to add, remove or change a donation. You can choose to make ongoing donations or one off payments to a charity of your choice!
Open the PaySauce app and tap on the Payroll Giving icon.
Tap the Select a Charity icon at the bottom of the screen.
Type the charity name in the Search box at the top, or scroll through the listed organisations.
Select the charity and your screen will change to provide the options for your donation.
When you’ve set up the payment details tap the Make Contribution icon at the bottom of the screen. This will set up the payment to be deducted from your pay when the next pay is processed.
You can stop or edit your payment at any time by coming back to the Payroll Giving area of the app.

If your favourite charity is not listed in the PaySauce app, contact PaySauce directly to request it to be added. The charity just needs to provide proof of their charitable status and banking information to us, and then we can add it to our list.
When the payment is processed, (as long as the donation is $5 or more), you’ll receive a tax credit back immediately of 33.33% (or a third) of the value of the donation. This will be detailed on your payslip, and you can view it on your phone app too.
